Mavidenta CRM is a comprehensive customer relationship management platform provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS).
3. User Accounts and Access Levels
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. Mavidenta supports four distinct roles:
- Developer: Full system access, API management, and core configuration.
- Owner: Billing management, high-level reporting, and complete organizational control.
- Admin: Team management, workflow creation, and data oversight.
- Agent: Lead management, communication, and daily operations.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over the information you submit. Please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payment
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mavidenta.
8. Service Availability and Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mavidenta be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
